Project: Army-Military Civilian Costing System (AMCOS).
• AMCOS is a database of active, reserve, and civilian manpower data developed for accuracy and flexibility of manpower cost estimation. The Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (DASA-CE) is responsible for operating, maintaining, updating, and modifying the AMCOS database, which is used to provide military and civilian cost estimates for acquisition, installation operations, force/unit costing, and a variety of cost analysis requirements.
• I have sucessfully re-create the previous version of AMCOS from a Access 2.0 VBA application to a web based microsoft .net application.
• Collect and process data items from several sources like text files, queried SQL Servers, web pages and excel spreadsheets into a SQL 2005 database.
• Responsible for all SQL 2005 programming, security and database schema for this project which includes MS Analytical Services (OLAP).
• Web design and programming using ASP 3.0 (VB) through MS Visual Studios 2005.

Project: SAIC > Volunteers in Professional Service (ViPS)
• Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) has a requirement to develop an automated, enterprise-wide volunteer matching system based on a triad of functionality: “want ad” type posting capabilities, ability for individuals to make their availability known, and matching tools to bring available volunteers to appropriate opportunities.
• This project is developed using Microsoft technologies which include Visual Studio Visual Basic under the .NET 3.0 framework. This project also takes advantage of Microsoft’s new state machine workflow technology in.NET 3.0.
• My responsibility includes SQL server programming, visual basic OOP programming, writing build batch scripts for MSBUILD/NANT and writing test scripts in NUnit.

Project: Share Point 3.0 Administrator for Office of Director (OD) under the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• The Office of Director was tasked with configuring Share Point services on an enterprise level. These configurations would include Share Point MOSS, Microsoft Foundation Server and Microsoft Project Server 2007.
• My responsibly include requirement collection, configuring a test environment, document integration plans and implement approved configurations.

Project: SRP (Sustainable Range Program). Portal
• SRP is the Army's overall approach for improving the way in which it designs, manages, and uses its ranges to ensure long-term sustainability. SRP is defined by its two core programs, the Range and Training Land Program (RTLP) and the Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Program, which focus on the doctrinal capability of the Army's ranges and training land.
• I’m also responsible for the integration of this website with the AKO (Army Knowledge Online) portal. This integration includes connectivity to AKO through LDAP/CAC PKI, Web services and a third part application called Siteminder by Netegrity (CA)
• This application was developed using Visual Studio 2005 (VB/C#) and SQL Server 2005.

Project: WAM (Workplan Analysis Module).
• The WAM is a software application developed for the Army Training Support Center (ATSC) to automate the collection of installation-specific ITAM Workplan projects. The WAM helps installations and MACOMs manage and track ITAM projects through their entire life cycle. WAM also functions as a repository of historical ITAM projects and costs.
• I’m responsible for object model design, development and testing which included all 3 tiers of development (presentation, business and data layer).
• This application was developed using Visual Studio 2005 (VB) and SQL Service 2005.

Project: PPBE Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• The PPBE Enterprise Data Warehouse is a new project that has two basic concepts. The first goal is to make data assets available to the enterprise and the second is to make system data and capabilities available to the enterprise.
• Responsible for SQL 2000 programming ETL processes, database design and data integrity on DoD SIPRnet and NIPRnet networks.

Project: PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) Enterprise 2MS / R2MSv2 modules.
• R2MS: This Current Resource Requirement Management System was created for Army G-8 and used by the PEG (Program Execution Group) to review requested amounts and add Validated, Critical, and Funded amounts throughout the POM development Cycle.
• R2MS v2: This additional module gives SS PEG (Sustaining Program Evaluation Group) a requirement automation tool by providing connectivity to R2MS and PAED.
• On this project I’m responsible for ASP.NET web design and SQL server programming and configuration on DoD NIPRnet SIPRnet.
• I’m also responsible for the integration of this website with the AKO (Army Knowledge Online) portal. This integration includes connectivity to AKO through LDAP and third part application called Siteminder by Netegrity (CA)
• I also implemented SOA through XML/SOAP Web Services utilizing the Microsoft .NET framework. The purpose of this functionality is to transfer budget data to and from other organizations like: RFS, RBUILDER and FDIIS.

Project: Cost Civilian System (CCS).
• CCS is a model used to estimate civilian personnel costs. It provides a process for the collection of civilian personnel execution data, establishes the baseline for costing approved civilian personnel, and develops cost factors to support program and budget estimating.
• Responsible for the total life cycle (concept - implementation) of the Cost Civilian System. This website was used by the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (DASA-CE).
• Web design and programming using ASP, JScript, and VBScript, through MS Visual Studios 6.
• Responsible for documentation, testing, quality assurance and training of the CCS website.
